Upon entering our office, you will be welcomed as a member of our family. We will ask you to complete a Covid Screening as well as a detailed Health History Report. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete this paperwork.

Chiropractic Examination?

After completing the Covid Screening and Health History report, you will be meeting with the Chiropractor for an examination.

During your exam, we will go over your full health history and discuss any health-related concerns you may have. We will also perform a posture analysis, and the doctor will check for any areas of your spine that are misaligned.    

Digital X-Rays

Depending on your specific condition, we may take a set of digital x-rays as well, which will help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you.

Digital x-rays allow us to see what is happening inside your body, which is important because we don’t like to guess when it comes to your health!

Chiropractic Doctor’s Report

After your initial assessment, you will be booked in for a follow-up appointment to review the results.   This is a great opportunity for you to learn more about the correlation between chiropractic care and your health. Feel free to ask any questions you might have as well.   Your custom treatment plan – the doctor will explain what we do, why we do it, and suggest a plan of action to get you on the path towards a healthier lifestyle!  Chiropractic will change your life!
